With restrictions easing, we have been able to work with more people and help them achieve their goals of improved physical health. Exercise is such a powerful tool, if used correctly can enhance not only physical health but boost mood, reduce isolation and generate a lasting improvement in your all round well-being. Physical health and mental health go hand in hand and its important to look after both. An increase in physical activity leads to an average of 43% reduction in poor mental health days. Our men are coming together to train, exercise and feel the benefits of positive activity whilst meeting new people, catching up with friends and having fun. These session are totally free and funded by the National Lottery, we cover a range of activities including circuit training, one to one personal training, bike rides and runs.
