Elm Grant - £1000 towards the Second Chance Project
Aim - This project aims to educate 20 men (the beneficiaries) about: anatomy and physiology, health and activity, safety and nutrition in order improve their long term physical and mental health.
The project will provide them with an accredited and recognized 1st4sport Level 2 Gym Instructing course that can also help them get back in to work or further education.
20 underprivileged Men will achieve an accredited qualification that can directly help them move in to work or further education
So far - The group have started their course registration and first practical gym session.
